I'd like to add some mojo to some of my gear. What recommendations do you have? Is there a mojo supplier that people really like? What does good mojo cost these days? Any help would be appreciated.

Brother Chunky, you are in essence asking the eternal and elusive question:

Well, you have lots of options, fortunately.

First, you can get a mojo monkey, like Homer did in this classic Simpsons episode:

Robert Johnson had to cut a deal with this guy to find his mojo:

But it might be easier to just pour some of this on your gear:

If you do find your mojo, you may want to record for this label:

Then the whole world will know you as:

Happy hunting!

I'm going to be placing an order with them for some back panels for my Princeton very soon. If you want anything please let me know.

Let me know before you do. I'm thinking about getting a set of brass bridge saddles for the tele!

O.k. but you may want ot just go for the gold (still brass on stainless) and get a Callaham. Best friggin parts on the planet. Cold rolled steel and stainless or brass. Solid upgrade to even the highest end strats and teles.

You can get the whole bridge for 115 add 10 for stainless or you can get the saddles for 37 or 45 for stainless.

Yeah, no doubt about that. I'm mostly just tinkering though. I'll go Callaham if/when I build a custom tele. I don't want to dump that much money into parts for my Highway 1. I'm not knocking it by any means. I love the guitar and I think it's great, it's just a different sort of project is all.

I think the highway 1 is actually pretty awesome. It's already got the vintage type bridge and a nitro finish. Find a sweet neck and slap the callaham bridge on there and you'd have no need for a custom tele!

Is that your Princeton? There I was playing some John Lee Hooker and all of the sudden the amp clearly said, "Camron is my father." It was right un-canny. Had to start the song over. So I guess it has spoken. Let me know if you are willing to adopt.

Speaking of sweet necks. My two favorites are Fender's 50's hotrod necks and USA Custom's whatever you want necks. I am so happy with my new usa custom neck. It took a couple weeks of being married to the body but now it's a dream! You'll pay around 320 for the usa (new) and around 680 for the Fender.
Hey Stratoman, how's your neck?
The thing about good parts is that they're interchangable so as long as you keep your old parts you can always swap back or sell.
Anyway, park let me know if you want something from mojo. I am going to order a cabinet for my new Glacier Amp in the works unless one of you fine people has a front adjusting 1x12 cab like a Deluxe Reverb or Matchless SC-30 etc. I don't want a top adjusting cab (tweed, vox, etc).
Just need the empty cab. No speaker, no chasis, just the cab.
